This courageous gesture turns the roadside tent into “Camp Casey,” an international media event when thousands gather to support; other parents who’s children were killed in the Iraq War, Iraq Veterans, clergy, celebrities, peace activists, and ordinary Americans come to show their love for the grieving mother.
