Short synopsis A detective living in Delran, New Jersey is assigned to seek out a serial killer dubbed "TAKALOA", who abducts and tortures his victims. When the only witness of the abduction goes missing, the detective has to fight time and catch "Takaloa" before the killing spree continues.
