I froze a block of soy sauce water and suspended it at the focal point of the Solar light collection dish. The block, as you may be able to see at the beginning of the video, was not solid.  The center of the ice block was not frozen solid.
I was very happy with the results. Water streamed off of the ice almost immediately, forming one, then five rivulets of falling soy water.</p>]]></description>
