After reminiscing about Avalon back home. Brad and I find some keen surf students at a place called Agnone Bagni, just south of Catania. Late in the afternoon the boys reach their final surfing destination. The swell is still pumping and a gentle breeze makes the sea shimmer. Gilesy needs a pit stop before heading out into the great left hand walls of Avalon. A friendly mutt makes a guest appearance as the boys surf till they drop.

The surfing is taking its toll and the boys need to top up on energy. Needing to move on quickly they stop for some very fast food after leaving Isolators. They’re hungry so this scene isn’t pretty. Warning this may offend sensitive stomachs.

On the home stretch the boys have unfinished business and another less frantic stop at a spot on the way to Avalon. After checking out some great lines pointed out by Gilesy, Muzza gets some cute waves.

The boys arrive in Perth. Trigg Point is holding some great waves and a few surfers to boot. So it’s a quick drive down to Isolators at Cottesloe to mix it with the longboard fraternity that lives there. An interesting beach crowd and some cute small waves that Poly is finding hard to get into.

The boys are up early at Derrs. A spot near Yanchep in Western Australia and they sart with a healthy breakfast before they get into some great looking right hand waves. Its the start of a 200km plus road trip one summer day in the Perth Metro Area. When four intrepid long board surfers have great fun and catch some waves whilst starting their funny adventure.

Surfs up and the boys are keen. They go on a road trip from Derrs at Yanchep to Avalon at Mandurah, hitting Perth’s best beaches on a summer surfing frenzy. A perfect day on the Western Australian coastline with some zany antics with pig melons
