I was photographing Freddy Chulo for a Vans ad. He hit the eject button mid-360, his bike spun and his handlebar not only took the flash off the top of my camera, it ripped the prism off. My thankfully cat-like reflexes (thanks, sensei!) allowed me to duck and not get hit. Nobody was hurt, and I always have spare cameras.
