I decided to give it a try so I packed up for the day and headed to the nature made day spa to checkout this vitamin enriched mud. After watching a few locals and tourist I decided to give it a try, I rubbed the mud all over my face and neck and sat in the sun for a while to allow the minerals and vitamins soak into my skin.
