Cumulus humilis que pude fotografiar desde mi lugar donde cazo las tormentas y fenómenos meteorológicos en Ontígola el día 12/Enero/2008, deseoso de que llegue la Primavera y con ella la nueva temporada de tormentas que podre cazar ya aquí. En el video aparecen unos cúmulos humilis y estratocumulos clásicos de días de estabilidad cuando no hay demasiado fría en altura y no consiguen desarrollar mas,una tolvanera cogió un tumble weed o mala hierba en forma de bolas que hay dispersas por el campo y la empezó a rodar alrededor del vórtice invisible pero ventoso que tenia, me quede asombrado y la perseguí durante 30 segundos que duro aproximadamente, ya que iba muy deprisa desplazándose porque el viento dominante arrastraba a la térmica

Tras el Cb anterior otro mas volvió a pasar por la misma zona empezando a descargar según se alejaba hacia la sierra de enfrente, esta vez sin ser iluminadas las cortinas por el sol pero no por eso son menos impresionantes! ya que son muchísimas mas densas y blanquecinas a pesar de que la luz solar no les esta dando, también se despejaba un poco apareciendo las nubes de tipo alto que en su mayoría fueron altocumulos lenticularis ya que en las capas altas de la atmósfera soplaban fuertes vientos que moldeaban las nubes a su gusto según sobrepasaban las montañas creando ondas ya este vídeo es el ultimo porque no se volvieron a repetir en toda la tarde mas chubascos de este tipo, ni tan pronunciadas las cortinas como para ser fotografiadas.

En el lugar donde grabe el anterior vídeo,nos quedamos hay esperando que nevase que es lo que estaba previsto, y así cazar el momento en el cual las cortinas de nieve empezaban a descargar, no llegaba a cubrirse de todo el cielo pero si había nubes que estaban mas desarrolladas que otras consiguiendo precipitar con fuerza, esperando al fin una nueva nube convectiva consiguió precipitar un buen chubasco de nieve granulada proporcionándonos un momento irrepetible para fotografiar y grabar esas blancas cortinas alejándose, el sol estaba ya un poco caído en el horizonte por eso se veía a la misma vez que descargaba el chubasco local, no es raro en absoluto ver llover,granizar,tronar,nevar o cualquier fenomeno a la misma vez que el sol, lo digo por la gente que dice "anda mira si esta lloviendo y el sol a la misma vez" pregunta de zopencos sin lugar a dudas :).

Tras esas dos horas y media de nevada como la que aparece en el anterior vídeo, las nubes ya no eran compactas y se veían las cimas de los cumulus congestus y mediocris que sobrepasaban la sierra, al pasarnos el sistema frontal durante la mañana tras el vino aire frió que con el sol favoreció la convección dando lugar a nubes ya de tipo convectivo, no eran de tipo frontal como las que van asociadas a un frente, algunas estuvieron mas desarrolladas que otras provocando chubascos locales pero que en algunos casos tenían la suficiente fuerza como para cuajar la nieve durante el tiempo que descargaba, ese yunque que aparece en el vídeo velando el sol es fruto de una nube de desarrollo vertical que consiguió desarrollarse mucho y al haber tanto frió en altura pues rápidamente evoluciona y se disipa convirtiéndose toda la nube en una enorme cortina de nieve que esta suspendida en el cielo.

El día 3 de Enero de 2008 fuimos un compañero con el que cazo fenómenos meteorológicos y yo a la sierra de Madrid, concretamente a Cercedilla para intentar encontrarnos con esos 20 centímetros de nieve que se esperaban a partir de 1100 metros de altitud, durante unas dos horas por la mañana nos a descargado un buen chaparrón de nueve en condiciones pero al soplar el moderado viento que estaba previsto hacia que la nieve con dificultad cuajase, finalmente no cuajo porque incluso antes de mediodía las nubes empezaron a romperse quedando solo en forma de cúmulos bastante compaztos y con el suficiente desarrollo vertical como para descargar nieve granulada. Sobre la una y algo del mediodía termino la nevada importante y el viento moderado a fuerte tendió a perder intensidad.

Segunda parte de la caza de esa tormenta durante la tarde en las afueras de Madrid. Seguimos viendo como los rayos nos caen cada vez mas cerca y en algunos momentos bastante seguidos, la mayoría descargaban a la tierra ya que las enormes gotas que descargaban los Cu congestus que teníamos sobre nosotros estaban canalizando la descargas eléctricas a la tierra, cuando nos bajamos un poco a la altura de un árbol que nos tapaba las vistas, lo hicimos porque ya había riesgo alto de que nos cayesen los rayos porque uno de ellos nos uso los pelos de punta ya que justo encima se presento pegando un chasquido enorme, después al ver que no caían de nuevo cerca nuestra subimos arriba de nuevo y continuamos con la caza, esta vez pudimos pillar algunos bastante buenos en fotografía y vídeo, el mejor fue el que nos cayo a poco mas de 20 metros en una farola de la carretera produciendo un estallido enorme que provoco ese rayo doble que pudimos ver. Cuando observe la previsión meteorológica de Telemadrid en el espacio del tiempo de las 3:25, pude ver que se esperaban tormentas para la comunidad de Madrid y provincias limítrofes como Castilla - la mancha por ejemplo; no dude en llamar a mis grandes amigos Cazatormentas,lamentablemente no todos pudieron venir a la kacería pero mi gran amigo Alberto Lunas si ya que salio de trabajar pronto esa tarde, no le importó pasarse a recogerme por casa hay demuestra la buena persona que es :),llego justo cuando se estaba gestando una buena tormenta sobre Entrevias que muy lentamente se marchaba hacia el sur de Madrid, por fortuna las células convectivas no cesaban en su desarrollo por el alimento que había en superficie de la tierra gracias al calor que proporciona mi querido sol de Verano.

El día 1/Diciembre/2007 me quede a dormir en casa de mi hermana en Ontígola, porque sabia que amanecería con nieblas ya que al anochecer ya empezaba a formarse por el gran indice de humedad en el ambiente y las bajas temperaturas, todo ellos estaba acompañado de una inversión térmica acusada y calma atmosférica que llevábamos arrastrando semanas por un fuerte anticiclón bloqueando la entrada de sistema frontales y vientos. Me acosté esa noche sobre las 3 de la madrugada y me levante sobre las 7:30 para ver el amanecer con el mar de nubes sobre Ontígola, a las 8:00 ya estaba preparado y cogí mis bártulos (trípode,cámara y gorro) para salir a la caza de la niebla junto con el amanecer,menos mal que aun no había subido demasiado la niebla en altura y pude fotografiar un esplendido amanecer que nunca había podido disfrutar en ningún otro lugar, la niebla levanto sobre las 12:30 del mediodía dejando un cielo casi despejado, algunas nubes altas irrumpieron al atardecer.

Por fin tengo ya los vídeos disponibles para editarlos y a eso me puse,como ya no hay cigarras en ningún lado de España por la época del año que es pues estoy recordándolas de esta manera terminando de editar los numerosos vídeos y fotografías que me quedan y viéndolas,soy tan amante de estos maravillosos insectos que me marche esta tarde al parque Forestal de Entrevías cerca de casa para ver a los Tibicen que allí cantaban,primero empece a gravar a las que estaban en los arboles altos cerca de un restaurante-bar en el empiece del parque que emergen allí anualmente para realzar sus cortas vidas,pero como no se veían por la altura a la que se encontraban pues decidí bajar un poco mas a la zona donde la fauna es joven ya que repoblaron hace 3 años,hay mas de un centenar de especies de matorrales,arboles y demás plantas donde poco a poco las cigarras se están adaptando con facilidad y se las puede encontrar enarboles jóvenes donde son visibles a simple vista desde el suelo,pero como para mi no es suficiente verlas y escucharlas desde la tierra pues me subo a los arboles para así poder estar lo mas cerca posible de ellas y estudiar su comportamiento asombroso,incluso una de ellas al escalar un gran árbol empezó a descender por la rama para intentar acercarse a mi pero al ser la piel de esas ramas tan resbaladiza la cigarra se resbalo y voló a un árbol cercano que veréis en el vídeo,aun quedan bastantes vídeos de las cigarras de diversas especies que ya pondré poco a poco según los tenga preparados para la web. We followed with the pursuit the cicada that I brought of the park of my zone. Now there is confusion because one does not know if the species corresponds to Tibicen plebejus with the name that always I call it or to the other Lyristes name plebejus? now not that like titling my videos if with that first called name Tibicen or to the other Lyristes, anyway putting those two names in the looked for one of google appears photographies of the cicada and the truth they are identical to which I remove to them when them dipper to observe them and to have them during hours with me in my room being cheered the atmosphere with its song whereas I am put in Internet like a crazy person having looked for information about them that by the way she appears very little in Spanish :( so I leave you with this small video where the state appears but advanced of transformation of nymph to adult. When it lowers since daily I make to the forest park of my zone to look for cicadas and dust devils I had the luck to even find me with this cicada climbing by a trunk of a tree in youthful state or nymph that had emerged from the Earth to make the transformation of nymph to adult, it does not doubt in taking it to house to do a great pursuit in photography and video to him, because the suit to house and I put it in a little tree (Arce negundo) that I have in the patio where I arranged myself to make the pursuit in spite of being with 35.7ºc of heat in the shade! the video shows when even it was looking for a leaf or firm small branch where to make the dumb one for that reason it appears mouth down I aim to fall, but with those hard patitas that have key by no means and finally I am reconciled. I must put the video complete where it appears all its transformation because he is really amazing as it is leaving that housing of skin and as it is stretching the legs, pumping the blood by the veins of the wings stretching them of course that I remain with these so wonderful insects stuned watching them and enjoying its pleasant sound that to most of the people who do not understand of animals because she is to him annoying.
