"Take" Movie Trailer: Minnie Driver, Jeremy Renner

Author: thatneuro
Added: Thu, 03 Jul 2008 11:47:01 -0800
Duration: 113

In the thriller, TAKE, Director Charles Oliver shows that inside every moment is a lifetime. Ana (Minnie Driver) is a mother - desperate to save her marriage and keep from losing her son to a world where he doesn’t belong. Saul (Jeremy Renner) is a gambling addict – out a job, out of money, and out of time to pay his debts. In an instant, these unlikely strangers’ lives collide in unspeakable tragedy.

Years later, Ana finds herself driving through the desert to witness Saul’s execution, while Saul waits out his final hours. As the two are once again brought together, they are caught in the memory of the fateful day when their lives first became permanently intertwined.

TAKE compellingly shifts from present day to the day of the fateful tragedy as two stranger’s lives intersect over two days and several years apart.

Take is Written and directed by Charles Oliver, Executive Produced by Tyler Measom, and Produced by Chet Thomas.

Blending this next generation of b-ball players with a mix of raw hip-hop, jazz and break beats, Adam Yauch’s unique kinetic filmmaking makes Gunnin’ an explosively entertaining look at soon-to-be NBA All Stars.

The film features Jerryd Bayless, Michael Beasley, Tyreke Evans, Donte Greene, Brandon Jennings, Kevin Love, Kyle Singler and Lance Stephenson.

Gunnin will be in theaters on June 27th, 2008. (Oscilloscope Pictures)
