This is Nicholas trying to land his first Giant Mekong catfish at the Bung Sam Lan fishing lake in Bangkok, Thailand. The fish can grow to a massive size here and and in my other short footage you see me landing a 80KG one. With only a spinning outfit and a fighting belt he struggles to land this fish with a promise of a nokia handphone as a reward. This 80 KG Mekong Catfish which thrives in the river of the Great Mekong is an endangered species because of overfishing and pollution. Here is the battle between man and fish seperated with only a thin dacron line and spinning outfit. A must see for all those who are sportfishing enthusiast and the support of tag and release. Battle took me almost 45 minutes to land this monster. The first giant mekong in this video already weighed in at about 38kgs.

This is my trip to Malacca the historical town of Peninsular Malaysia with my family.Malacca Town is a worthwhile place to visit. Most of the tourist attractions are concentrated in its small city centre, and one can walk down Jonker's Walk which is a row of shophouses of Peranakan architecture. One can also visit Pulau Melaka, an island formed through land reclamation mainly for housing purposes. Other islands include Pulau Upeh and Pulau Besar. To reach Malacca town through the North-South highway, one have to take a detour from the town of Ayer Keroh and travel south through the Ayer Keroh Road, while to reach Muar, which is 40 km from the Malacca Town itself, one have to travel by Jalan Ujong Pasir.
